except a 3rd like say trick transport

same thing with id specials(including starting from an activator) then using either aa ab or dg(from like  the flash) special

I'm going to say only if the AA is played at the end. If you play it in the middle of the string, the AA forfeits the additional.

Likewise for Nightcrawler. In his case, (if AA were the second additional attack) I would say that only the 4F gets the +2 bonus, the additional attack does not get +2 from the DG.
