Tried to install OPO this evening but can't get it to work.

I tried running the visual basic install fiel and the system32 file and overwrite, etc, but still does not work. Googling isn't helping much, can't find any instructions for Windows 10.

Thanks ahead of time if anyone knows a fix, appreciate it.

Did you try right-clicking, going to Properties, Compatibility tab, and changing it to run in a Win 7 environment?

Zer0evil

LOL.. no, I completely forgot about compatibility mode!  ::) Even though I used it recently for Fallout 2. It seems to work now, program opened up at least.

Is there a guide or something that shows how to operate OPO?

I can't get the deckbuilder to work in Windows 7 64 bits. Any help?

Deck editor never opens for me, just has loading splash screen for eternity.

EDIT: I got it work. I had compatibility mode for Windows 7 assigned to it so I ran the compatibility troubleshooter in Win10 and it recommended settings for Windows XP service pack 3 and now the editor works.
