Who created OPOnline

Does anyone on here know who create the orriginal OP online, or know if there is a wiki/FAQ on how to add more cards to it?

We have a new cards project (Master's of Evil) thats moving forward for the tournament circuit, and having those cards uploaded on OPonline would help along game testing.

Hi Dave,

I don't have much information, but maybe years ago, about 15 years ago, I knew the guy that created it, his nick was JCTango.  The guys on the IRC channel helped test the program.  I think if you know MS Access then you can figure out how to add cards and link it to the program.
