Philadelphia and/or Wilmington, DE

Anybody playing in the Philadelphia area? I live about 30 minutes away in Wilmington, DE, which is 1 hour north of Baltimore. Travelling up to Philly to play would be a cinch. And just to mention, I work at a cafe in downtown Wilmington and can host a meet up there during or after hours, plus my wife and I live in an apartment over the shop which is open for OP as well (the apartment's small, but its set up as recording studio/lounge... it's a comfy place to hang out).
