Just got this off eBay. Not sure what I'll ever do with them (came in a pack of 5), but I've never seen it before. There are others still available on eBay, but I thought this was the best. This was advertised as "a printed stationary sheet that would be used by the sales and marketing departments to compose customer-specific letters on."
Anyone know if this is legit, or if some dude just printed these on his printer?

It would probably be legit. I was debating on getting them myself but the cost was just too much for 25 sheets of paper. The seller seemed to have many other stationary for sale.
