I'm one of those people in California.  I think the most people I've seen logged in at the same time since I started frequenting the forums was 7 registered members.

There have been more than that at times.  I am always trying to get more people to join up here too.  It is amazing Overpower has lasted as long as it has, but I think that it really needs new people getting interested in it in order for it to continue to last.
