Title: dc code rule
Post by: breadmaster on August 23, 2012, 06:22:30 PM
did all standard tournaments back in the day ignore this rule?

is the protocol that both players have to agree before the game to use it?

finally, if using it, would a villain and hero version of the same value be considered duplicates?

I'm not sure what you mean... you mean the H/V rule? How does that apply to any duplicates...?

I think he means the allies. There are 'hero' allies and 'villain' allies.

My guess would be yes, the allies count as dupes because the only criteria are the 'to use' values. Not the hero/villain codes.

oh! of course! I forgot all about the coded-Ally cards! Yeah, I'd side with you too on that dup-interpretation BBH. That seems best, from balance and rule application.
