Can characters still be KO'd when this EVENT is in play?

It's purpose is to keep the records of heroes as clean as possible for 1 round... Kill or waste your attacks. Venture still counts.

I'm looking at it to help AVALON home base, so it will still help. It'd just be that much sweeter if no one could die at all...

then again that'd take all strategy out of that hand. It'd basically be about revealing your 8~ cards and adding up who has the higher number... not really much fun in that...
