"Target opponent may not use one skill type of Rogue's choice for remainder of battle"... Is this card basically just saying target character cannot use power cards, allies, TWs, etc of specific type? Or if I specify energy, for example, will that character not able to use energy specials, also?

unfortunately, it only affects their grid-based abilities. it's still a very useful card, especially late in the game (Power Pack phase)
