savage land: placed where?

if i have team overpower w/ leech placed,  can I place savage land to front line hero?  That's what the next suggests and it came out WAY before that location card.

ya, you can place it to any front line hero that can hold a special.  It's a situational card that would be pretty useless if they didn't let you place it...
