Colonel Von-Rogg pushes all hits from current battle to permanent records.  Affects venture total.  this has got to be a gimmick card: you would play it after opponent passes AND you KO'd one of their team (so those hits DON'T move) or you have Invisible Woman, play it & ride the +2 to victory?  I enjoyed Guardians movie and looked into the Kree and found the Colonel...

it's one of those cards that CAN be powerful, but isn't a whopper on its own

since you know you have it in hand, you can let the opponents bigger attacks hit, while launching your smaller ones.  hopefully when you play it, you have more venture left in hand than your opponent
