legacy regression and ko event

suppose i have only 2 characters left, and both have legacy regression on them (or even one, since the text on the event says 'if it will end game' NOT 'if only one character left)

does the opponent have to ko someone while the regressed player doesn't?

i'd say, ABSOLUTELY! That's a killer strategy  ;D

If you have 2 characters and only 1 is affected by Legacy Regression, the other WILL die, but if BOTH are covered, yeah, you gain a MAJOR advantage over your opponent, provided you had the same number of characters going into that round and neither of his were protected.
