if rogue is ko'd and has such hits, do they count for venture, or not?

Specials with lasting effects remain in play even if the Character who played the Special is KO'd.

That's how I've always played the FL (i've used it a lot with Rogue, and some more with Capt Brit). In all my use of it, this scenario has only really affected the outcome of a battle or game a few times.
