Simple investigative work, if you look at the winning bid, the winner has a feedback of 1115.

The feedback matches. Of course, it could be someone else with 1115 feedback but it's 99.9999% BornAgain79 seeing how he would resell these cads for profit.

It was Buy In Now for $1500 or so with a starting bid at $800, I'm very sure that BornAgain79 coaxed the seller to make it a buy it now at $1100 to seal the deal quickly.

It's not the fact that he's reselling - it's that whoever the buyer was (we assume it was BornAgain) talked the seller into canceling the auction and re-listing it at a lower Buy-It-Now price so he could take it.

What makes it sketchy is that there was already a bid on the auction, which is against Ebay's rules.

Well as long as this is being brought up...

I wasn't going to say anything (given my other negative BornAgain thread it would just look like I had a vendetta), but there is another shady practice I've noticed lately. Two times, I've had friends e-mail him about purchasing certain cards via his website. Both times, the cards they asked for magically increased in price on his next updated price list.

That was a very sweet set he got his hands on. I'd be very interested if he does re-sell some of the cards.
