If you have a mission in the completed missions pile, and 6 in the reserve, can you venture your 1 completed mission from the completed missions pile?

no, you must have missions in the defeated to venture from completed (2c/d)

in fact, if you land a special like caps 7iq card, and move your last card up from defeated, you lose the option to move more cards (except those ventured from reserve) if you win venture
