Is anyone else looking forward to this game? It's a collectible card/dice game that looks like a blend of Quarriors with Magic the Gathering (disclaimer: I haven't played either of those, but that's what everyone is saying).

The game involves choosing a team of characters and "buying" the corresponding dice for each of those characters. Rolling the dice determines your fighters and then you can assign people to attack or defend. That's a horrible description of it, but it looks really good.

Also intriguing, for me at least, is the $0.99 price point for the boosters. At that price, I can justify buying a pack or two a week just for fun.

I'm really excited to play this when it comes out next month. Anyone else going to try it out?

I tried it recently and really dug it. It's actually got a bit of OverPower in it as characters are classed as:

Bolt = Ranged attacks (which could be OP Energy)
Fist = Melee attacks (Fighting in OP)
Shield = Toughness (possibly OP Strength)
Mask = Wits (OP Intellect)

We play the first Sunday afternoon of each month at GMI Gmaes for anyone in SoCal who'd like to try it out
