NG vs Invisible Woman

If you land wolvie style (or ANY NG special) on da woman so she looses for IA.  does invisible woman get the 2 venture points or not?  is venture determined after the battle getting +2 or venture tallying is part of battle, no points for her... thanks for any help

venture total is determined at end of battle, e.g. someone concedes or both players pass.  if NG is still in play at EOB, then the +2 from Invis's IA is NOT added.  correct me if i'm wrong, i'm justa...

This is true, venture does actually until the end of the battle..
