So can you play a grid-altering Tactic on a Character in Reserve?
And can you play Spawn's Living Costume (MF) on your Reserve Character?

Jack's right on both counts, but I think there'd be room for fair debate about playing artifacts onto Serpent Society if they're in the reserve.

Because they can play artifacts from reserve, I would argue that they should be able to have them played on them while in reserve too. It takes two characters to play an artifact, therefore the contributing character is also 'playing' the artifact, meaning Serpent Society's inherent applies.

Of course, officially speaking, that's not the case. But, as I said, good fodder for debate.

Can AI specials allow you to remove a placed card from the opponents reserve character? I want to say yes, but something in the back of my mind keeps telling me reserves can't be targeted unless the card specifies you can.  :o

Jack

If the AI states Opponent then yes.
If the AI targets a character, then no.

If the AI states Opponent, you can also target the Homebase but NOT the Battlesite.

wait
you can do that?
how does that go?

Jack

It's a placed card that the opponent has, why shouldn't it count?

if its just against team overpower
it makes sense
where has it ever written that bases can be attacked?

Jack

Um. You're allowed to place a homebase's aspects on the homebase.

And you're not attacking the homebase, you're attacking the opponent.

also, for the record, Krakoa can be attacked via Living Island Aspect.
