advice on buying an old comic book

I have a chance at buying a copy of daredevil comics #1. Is this a comic that would be an investment or flip it now kinda thing? What would be the least amount of money one would spend on it not knowing its grade? I know the cover is intact and has no blemishes that I remember. But I do not know what the inside looks like.
