couple venture questions

the 2/8 (and 2/10) specials: how do they count for venture?  do the hits go on the permanent records like the later cards state?

the EB, or nick fury LMD cards (the one's that take a hit to k.o. and can't be defended): does the hit on these count to venture total?

Whatever they "Act" as is what they count as toward venture total.

As long as they dont say they don't effect venture total, I see no way why they would'nt effect venture total.

The EJ's (2-8 or 2->10) would count toward venture from how I've seen it played and it stays in current. The KB's (7-3 or 2-8) don't count toward venture at all and goes directly to permanent.

For EB's:

Meta 113: If a Special can be attacked, then the card that hits that Special is discarded after the hit lands. The hit causes the Specials in play to be discarded as well. The Points of the attacker's card do not count towards Venture.

I hate Nick Fury's EB, it's not as strong as the other OPD EBs in the Marvels.
