Has there been any thought given to trying to create a new unofficial set that would be considered legal by "most" of the community? I know the Vs System community has a few of these and they seem to have been accepted fairly well. I know my biggest hurdle to getting back into Overpower is how much the game evolved after I stopped playing and how expensive the cards are now. With the low cost and high quality of the recent Marvels printing it might make for a good stepping stone back into the game.
Obviously not everyone will agree, but I guess it would be nice to hear some opinions.
I believe there are plans for another set to be made in the new year. I think the plan is to get more people in the OP community to get involved in the next set. Jack will be able to give you more info, if there is any.

Those are Bio's cards in that link. That might even be a blog Bios used to run, I don't know for sure. One think I found interesting is that the Galactus character card when opened reveals a Venom character card, and so far, Venom hasn't appeared in a set Bios uploaded to the forum (I'm guessing he is slated to appear in the Spider-Man villains set Bios is currently working on).
