What would the going price be for these two cards, and does anyone have one of each for sale? I can't find them on Ebay and some of the other sites I check online always seem to be sold out of them individually, with the only availability being in a full Image set, which I'm not interested in purchasing at this point of time.
If you can find someone with any to sell, you're probably looking at 25-30 for the AP 8, and 35-40 for the MP 5.
That's going based on the last time I saw either for sale. It might be higher now that they seem to have dried up.
Thanks for the fast reply, BBH. Those prices make sense. I remember seeing a few Multi 5's for sale over the last two years ($25-40), but I've never actually come across an Anypower 8 on Ebay or online. I wonder if the Anypower 8 is harder to come across now, compared to the Multi5?
I've pretty much resigned myself in hoping to get either. Really hoping someone like Jack will just print some out and make them available to the OP community. ;)
Well the good news is I now have a multi-5 and anypower-8 courtesy of the Powerbalance set. I prefer the Marvel artwork of the cards (Apocalypse for the 5 and Galactus for the 8.) over the Image 5 and 8 and my wallet didn't need any therapy as I didn't have to pay close to $100 total for the two cards, so I'm a happy camper.
Ha ha ha - good to hear TGW! And yes, MUCH cheaper than buying the real thing, which would be near impossible to get nowadays!

it's true, they're just so rarely sold at all! Only one of my brothers has either, in the whole group of us that played together (before I moved away :'(). He was only able to get them because he bought a complete Image set on ebaY for, like, a bajillion dollars! must be nice to have disposable income ::)
Wow, a whole Image set - damn, that is just one of the sets I could never complete. Fortunately, I wasn't a HUGE Image comics fan, so didn't bother me too much. But wow - your brother is pretty lucky!
I stupidly started to collect the Image and DC set at the back end of last year :( I only had 2 insert cards to find for the whole of the Marvel sets (Anypower Teamwork & Avengers ID).
Both were in the PB set and The Orange King sent me one of each which are not the correct size. I would love to have exact customs of each that look like the real thing if I can't have the real thing.
Garose74, I know, how could would it be to have the real thing? I'd love a copy myself!
The Power Balance versions were intentionally made to be distinguishable from the real thing so it wouldn't destroy the market for OverPower cards. I could only imagine the outcry of the people who actually had genuines when everyone could have a copy that looked exactly like it. LOL!
I have 2 multi 5's and 2 anypower 8's. I had no idea these were so valuable.
TheTrooper27, ha ha ha! Show off! ;)

wanna sell? LOL
I actually traded my spare DoW for the 2nd Multi and I had 2 8 any's in my power card box when I started going through my collection a few months back. I had no idea they were as valuable as they are. I like having 2 of each for building multiple decks. If I ever get some of those sweet power balance sets, I might consider coming off of the spares.

I will be glad when my Powerbalance set comes in and I will finally have a multi-5 and anypower-8. I actually think his versions are better than the originals since I also prefer the Marvel characters than the Image ones. Just would be nice to get at least 3 of each for my group of friends to have one instead of buying more sets just for more of those two cards. :-\
