I started off backing this for $35 and upped my pledge to the King Tier based on the revealed stretch goals. Sure it is a "bet" that the game will be a hit but with nearly 10,000 backers and almost 1.5mil (and it had a 3k initial goal) I am very excited for November.
If you are looking to get into what has nearly 1.5 million of Kickstarter backing you have a little over a week to get at beta stage. With great rewards. For the price King tier seems the best bang for your buck.

PvE, Guilds, Raids, and triple backed cards that level up are all intriguing
Good find COS. Ill donate since I really liked the DC deck building game by cryptozoic.
Chuu- it would be cool if we could get a core group of Overpower players online playing ANY ccg even a MMO/TCG like this :) it is all about community after all.
this DOES look like a kinda cool concept. I wont be backing it, but i will follow it to see how it ends up being and may join eventually. Let me know what you think of it when you are able to start playing.
I also think it would be awesome to have a group of overpower players who play some sort of game that is still alive.

looks like tablet support is a thing.
And Alpha Access if we hit the next goal in 1 week.
DrDeath25- if you are on the fence $20 get's you $40 in product plus promo perks and cards and beta access (soon to be alpha)
I wouldn't wait till Sept. to drop the $20 to get in on the ground floor.
Here's a really informative interview about the HEX TCG/MMO. Answers alot of the questions i had.

Last 24 hours to back it. King Tier has by far the best value still available.

Lots of good info there ^^
Will this be an online only game or will you get actual cards?
Online only no actual cards.

^^ - slacker backer if you still want Beta/Apha access and a great deal (but not as good as kickstarter).
