Title: Marvel Heroes
Post by: drdeath25 on June 09, 2013, 11:36:35 PM
Is anyone out there playing Marvel Heroes? Its a completely FREE to play PC game. Its an Action-RPG similar to the Diablo series. Actually, the creator of Diablo I & II made this game. I just downloaded it and i'm about to start playing after this post. It looks like a really great game, and its free, so i figure its worth my time.

If anyone else is playing, I'm pretty sure there is 4-player co-op so we could go slaying some sentinels together. I am just not sure if i want to be Deadpool, Phoenix, Rocket Racoon, or Cable. Although Spider-man, Iron Man, and Hulk look cool too. I guess ill have to try them all before I determine my main.

Check it out here: https://marvelheroes.com/

Let me know if your playing, and lets go smash some shit together.

EDIT: Played for about an hour. At first, seemed unplayable cause the crappy graphic card in my computer had it the game lagging, but i turned down the graphic setting, and am able to play smooth for the most part. The motion comics before and after every mission are awesome. I beat up the green goblin, ran around hells kitchen killing a bunch of thugs, and them took down electro. The only thing that sucked was at the start you get to pick from only Daredevil, Storm, Scarlet Witch, Thing, and Hawkeye. You have to unlock the other characters by playing the game to be able to play as them. I went with Scarlet Witch and have her at Level 6 so far. Fun game. I think any Marvel fan who has ever enjoyed a Diablo game will like it. GREAT game for the price. Which is free.

Ditto.  I downloaded the game until my hard drive ran out of space.  I really need a laptop upgrade.  This game does look fun though so I will try to get on as soon as possible.

I find it a little alarming that so many overpower players have crappy computers.  Then there's Jack. Lol.

hehe, well we're all stuck on playing a game that's 14 yo, maybe we're all just stuck on using computers that are almost as ancient!  :-[

I imagine that how I just felt reading this, must be about the same, as how my wife feels when I talk about one per decks and negates! lol

my wife understands one per decks and negates, she's even played with me a couple times, but she likes to play the DC deck building game more, probably because she wins most of the time.
