Based off the movie:
Some people just want to watch the world burn: Before discard phase, both players must discard cards from their hand until both players have 2 cards.
Dent confesses to being Batman: Activators must be exchanged for a non-corresponding special.
The hero Gotham needs: All hits with an intellect or fighting icon must be made against the same target this battle @ -2.
Cause a little anarchy: All actions are determined by a coin flip. Heads, follow as usual. Tails, return attempted card to your hand.
Not out of my jurisdiction: The reserve may be attacked this battle. Reserve may defend and be defended with teammate's power cards.
These have some real potential! I especially like Dent Confesses and Not Out Of My Jurisdiction :D
