can this be used on someone in reserve? does it matter if she is in the frontline or an activator?
just trying to see if there is any way around to use this special more effectively.
This Event doesn't affect whether or not the Reserve can play Special cards, it affects whether or not Special cards in Hand must be played by their owners.
yeah im just wondering if i could while this event is up play this special for a guy in reserve, so i can stockpile teamworks on him
so if i have to... i guess ill have to have him in the front row with silver sable for this combo
The answer is no. Reserves cannot play specials unless explicitly altered by an event, inherent, or the special.
