I only have one caliban. is it kosher for tourneys to copy/print more calibans? If not I gotta start trading!

99% of tournaments dont allow proxys. Start trading...

There were never any Official Marvels expansion cards ever printed, so they are all proxy's. Some tournaments allow you to use The Marvels cards, and some don't. Depends on the event.

Its always just best to ask whoever is coordinating the tournament. Some do, some don't. Given the difficulty in obtaining rare cards nowadays, I would encourage the use of proxies in at least a limited fashion.
