Surely a JLA Box would get a little more than that. They rarely go for less than $80 on ebay. If you can get one for $60, nice job.
$80-$100 sounds about right to me.
You can prolly get a box worth of loose packs for 60-70 if you wait long enough and piece a few auctions together.
What about sealed DC or monumental?
I've seen sealed DC between $25 and $40, around the same as mission control. An ebay lot of 22 just sold for $7 a few days ago.
Monumental, every box I've acquired was around the $120 range and upwards.
