define " affiliation".  Does that mean anyone who can be connected to the Fantastic Four by partnering with them or fighting against them?  Or did you mean that they were actually part of the FF like Mr. Fantastic, Torch, or Thing?

I'm sure the orange one would be willing to allow it / play test it ;)

i would reach a little and include the members of the new Fantastic Four as well. Hulk, Spider-Man, Ghost Rider and Wolverine.

maybe include past allies as well, Namor, She-Hulk, Henry Pym, Crystal, Black Panther, Storm, Silver Surfer and the Inhumans.

it would just open up more possible combinations that wouldn't be overpowered.

i don't really think it's overpower.  At most you can get +3 per battle until someone gets KO'd then it's just +2 and then +1..i think losing her 6 intellect is not worth it.

four freedoms decks are usually about defense: block everything and Sue's +2 carries the battle....IF it were + 4 in opening round(s)  that might be worth power card limitation...academic anyway.
