Is there a page on here which identifies the DC fonts? I have several pages bookmarked for the Marvel ones, but no idea what should be on a DC character or Special if I make one.
I can start looking.
EDIT:
Serpentine ICG BoldOblique
Cool. Time to find it on the cheap/free.
EDIT: Done. Any customs folk want this font, email me, I'll send it to you.
Now I can do fun cards like this. Does the N on the bottom look funny? I couldn't get it to have a full stem on the right side. Maybe it's the font package I got?

Ya, that's weird. Why does the N on Batman look right, but the other one doesn't? I don't think I'll be using this font for my DC set. I've never liked how much space it takes up on the card. Makes long names look bad because you have to shrink the text so much. But that's a pretty great card Doc. Nice art selection.

The glyphs look proper, you just need to change the character widths to be thinner.
Also, the capital "B" is slightly larger.
That's just a matter of manipulating the fonts, assuming your editing program lets you do these things.
I've never actually tried to change the character size, but I'm sure I probably can. They let you manipulate everything else. I'll mess around tonight to try and get Batman:Red Son to match up with Batman. Once I do, I'll stick the relevant transformation information up here in case anyone else comes looking for information on DC fonts.
I was able to get something similar to the DC Character cards with a 75% 70% font width adjustment and a 110% font height for the first letters.
I wish there was a like button on these forums.
Awesome! I'm going to try those adjustments first tonight!
Correction, 70% width. Also a bit of kerning.

Does your kerning adjusment have a measurement (I'm assuming this is in photoshop)? In GIMP, you can adjust down to .1 [kerning units], so I can make that adjustment as well.
I use Photoshop yes, it's set to -40.
On second look, it's actually tracking, not kerning.
Hot action. I'm on break for a day from Age of Apocalypse, and I think I'm going to mess around with some Red Son characters tonight. I re-read it again last night, and that is a story that holds up well. Plus, it's a rare moment of genuine victory for Lex Luthor. And Batman's cowl has ear flaps!
Looks awesome!
Dok/Jack - please send over the font file when you have a chance.
