I started this thread so we can keep all of the decks using Chuu's Comic Babe set together in one thread.
Here's my first deck:
Beyonder, Ballistic, Jubilee (3), Hawkeye (R)
The goal of the deck is to have Beyonder make long strings of attacks and KO one of the opponent's characters in one turn. You then concede on your next turn, which saves you from retaliation and lets you reap card advantage benefits in the next battle. Between Jubilee's AB, Hawkeye's DH and DJ, Ballistic's DG and GJ, and ally cards, the deck can create chains that are of length 9. Jubilee's HK (wisecrack) also allows you to make lots of attacks (I've done 11 with that). I have a similar deck with legacy cards, but this one is much stronger because Ballistic provides both a DG and a negate (which is not possible with any legacy character).
Morph (3) could be used in replace of Jubilee (3) if you want to have another DG (and a 6S AR). However, I like the extra defense Jubilee provides through her AD and DB. That defense is often needed to keep your characters alive after throwing 7 or more attacks at the opponent.
So i've come up with a a list of possible decks that I would like to try :D

Red Sonia, Reavers, Sabra, Essence(r) - Anys
Zatanna, Doc Strange (R), Scarlet Witch, Fathom - Anys
Power Girl, Carol Danvers: Ms. Marvel, Starfire, Thunderbird (R) - Battlesite
Cassandra Cain: Batgirl, Zealot, Ballistic, Wonder Woman (R) - Anys
Fathom, Zatanna, X-Man, Doc Strange (R) - Anys
Coda Island - Fairchild, Daemonite Voodoo (R), Zealot, Spartan: Hadrian - Battlesite
Ballistic, Witchblade, Heroes for Hire, Velocity (R) - Battlesite
I'll chime in here.
You have to start with Cassandra Cain, shes super powerful, an 8-stat for only 17, with a negate and a team avoid. I also like Essence in reserve with her 9 or less, and possibly an OPD or two. Then my eye goes to Fathom for her IA, which makes her specials non negatable, also with a negate of her own and a teamwork avoid, and 11m attack. Perhaps you could give Fathom the artifact Linkstone, to let her be able to play some big boy cards from her teammates that arent negatable. So lets add some big boy cards for our last hero.... we have 18 points to spend... how about... Red Sonja, even though I wish Power Girl would be legal but its one point over.
So:
Batgirl Cassandra Cain - 2-8-4-3 with her negates and 9 or less avoid, and 12F
Fathom - 7-6-3-5 w/ her IA stopping people from negating her specials but also with her own negates, teamwork avoid, and 11m special
Red Sonja - 1-7-4-5 w/ draw 3, and her 6i only can defend with specials would be awesome, if you had followup attacks from fathom. They could only defend with specials, but wouldn't be able to use a negate.
Essence (Reserve) - 7-6-2-5 with 9 or lesses, a 6s attack from reserve, and maybe even Paradigm Shift
And since your hero's provide alot of defense just by themselves, you could run a super tricky battlesite, and have Fathom playing them, basically rendering your entire battlesite as cards that could not be negated. Sounds awesome.
So there you have it. A duel negate deck, with two team-wide avoids, a teamwork avoid, and some big time special attacks (and the draw 3), for a possible gimmick combo via Fathom's IA through a potential Linkstone.
What do you think?
PS: Red Monika could also work well in place of Red Sonja. Her IA would give you +4 venture total per battle, plus she has teamwide special card avoid, and some cool attacks that would be awesome if you couldn't negate them.
Cassie doesn't have a negate, never did. Also upped her grid to 18 (2-8-4-4) and made her AD 6 or less.
Edit: I am really happy that you write so well about the characters though :D Everything else was bang on!

Very nice combination :) got a lot of tricks and defense.
I also want to use rapture, red Sonja, aphrodisiac IX and black cat on a team. Just the BA attacks...he hehe

Batgirl was edited to be a 2-8-4-4, so this deck is 1 point over the 76-point limit.
One of the selling points of this set was that it filled in gaps in OP: an 8F grid and an AO user with 7F that both only cost 17. I'm going to print the 17 version and use it that way
Sorry Ao User, I had to balance out Cassandra Cain a little more since she was more powerful than X-Man. So I upped her grid by 1 and depowered her AD. Given that she has a 12, blindside type 3 and her David Cain OPD she's only slightly more powerful than X-Man who's had a strangle hold over cheap 8 characters for quite a while now. The only other cheap 8 characters are thing and hulk and they aren't all that great.
I would actually prefer cassie at 17 points but that would mean de powering more of her cards, like body language expert would change to avoid one attack with a fighting icon, opponent discards a card.
I've asked for help in properly balancing out the set but it hasn't been forthcoming yet.

Right now I'm tinkering with a Coda Island team consisting of: Spartan (Hadrian) (http://i.imgur.com/hvF0aYP.jpg), Zealot (R), Grifter, and Voodoo (http://i.imgur.com/LYOZnDb.jpg). Those WildC.A.T.s have each others backs! Think that has a lot to do with Spartan's leadership style and the team's generally close bonds. You can see Voodoo go from bumbling newbie heroine to cornerstone of the team too. There is a lot of flavor worked into those mechanics, and I think that is what I enjoyed most about the deck.
The deck needs refining, but it's first game (only used it once so far) had a consistent amount of extra draws between the WildC.A.T. special plus Training Camp (http://i.imgur.com/Z4IHZ9P.jpg) combo and Voodoo's Kheribum Hybrid (http://i.imgur.com/EFAqi3L.jpg) special. Then there is Grifter's The Equalizer (http://i.imgur.com/09k3tFK.jpg). Spartan turned out to be a late game beast with his Lord Yohm Kohl (http://i.imgur.com/VFzmAbA.jpg) special and some teamwork cards. Voodoo is a prime target early game, given her strategic value. If it weren't for those WildC.A.T. specials she would have been focused down hard.
Personally I like the New York City homebase, i think it's got alot more firepower :)
I also have another location that I want to make from scratch but I have to design a location template so that I can easily make locations :)
I recently binge watched the old WildC.A.T.s cartoon. It inspired to build an Overpower deck for them. What location are you thinking about working on?

That is a good idea. They did a story arc around that at one point. That leave seven artifacts in the wind. Are there any not tied down to a given character? If some aren't, they could be used as Tactic: Artifact cards.
I get Darkness, Angelus, Witchblade, and Magdalena as holders of Artifacts. But Aphrodite IX & Lara Croft? Because they were involved in the story arc to stop all 13 Artifacts from being collected together? (Actually it was Aphrodite IV, but so what?) Not sure of a location name to make it work.
As for Tactic: Artifact cards (shouldn't Artifacts be Universe? - that's besides the point) - The Wheel Of Shadows - "Whenever your team loses venture [in need], Team [yourself] may move 1 card from own Dead Pile to the Draw Pile [effect the past] or move 1 card from Opponent's Draw Pile to Dead Pile [effect the future]. In either case, reshuffle affected Draw Pile." As for the mechanics of use (based on current Artifact mechanics), probably a level 6 Intellect or greater to use [to recognize its value & use], but that would make it unusable for the characters on the suggested location. Maybe a 6 AnyPower to use would work better. And i must admit i have no idea of a teammate requirement, maybe 6 AnyPower just to have the power to make effective use of it. justa suggestion... Do with it what you will...
Aphrodite IX had the Coin of Solomon in her head for a while. Lara Croft was granted some of the powers of the Weave, which was a product of one man being bonded to both the Darkness and Witchblade. She fits in that regard, as well as being in the Artifacts story arc.
I like the idea for the Wheel of Shadows. Still have no idea why Artifacts require two people. Always irked me.
My son scored a Babe expansion at December Meet-up in Toronto. With vacation running out My son & I slapped together a couple of decks: babe power cards, babe teamwork cards and a WHOLE bunch of specials! No battle sites nor any heroes. It was fun Fun FUN!

Some fun plays included:
1. Angelus KO countdown was down to 16 for both of us. I had a 6 TW and a 5 PC on her permanent record. I had Her 7intellect special attack (Memories of Past ) and her Roll of the Dice aptly coded "OW" . I chose OW. He could not defend it. I rolled a 7 = Angelus KO! later in battle he showed me zantana's AD: avoid NUMERICAL attacks. If I went with the 7 he would of saved her.!
2. My angelus died next battle, but in the following battle I Drew new host. But she's KO'd already. But wait! Red Monika's Combat experience was placed! I eagerly played that JC special with the intent of playing Angelus resurrect card but Power Girl swooped in & negated! Sorry, Angelus. It wasnt meant to be!
3. He drew and placed Any Homebase aspect Broken Trinity ( like a KL special) I thought: that's a wasted card. There's no DOW here in these babe decks. He had Velocity's Quick Thinking (EG) special placed so I tried to lock him down with Zanatana's FN: etumsnart. He played the aspect, the Lock Down FN went away and then he played quick thinking and my HAND FULL of attack specials went away. And later be locked me down with etumsnart and me with no aspect!
4. It came down to power pack: Velocity vs Zantana. I drew the 8 E PC ftw! Exciting and fun end to vacay. Next time we play we'll get some allys and activators in there too!

Third hand she (they) were at 16 (20 -2 -2 ?) and I went with roll of the dice special for the KO! We felt obliged to use a character that has ALL OPDs! Look forward to that tourney, Chuu. Thanks for doing this for the game!
i'm glad that people are using my cards :) How does mid July sounds for a tournament? I think it's far away enough from Larry's tournament for people to still want to attend.
