When I'm waiting for an event to appear in my hand(s) I was wondering could their be a special or aspect or any hero or perhaps an event that says
"Search through your draw pile and choose one event. Event is played immediately." it's probably broken, but how broken is it?
I don't think searching for an event wouldn't be too broken, but the ability to play mid battle whenever you want, that would break it. If the card automatically plays the event next turn it should ok, as long as the card is negatable in some way.

I see that. So a special that can "search draw pile for event and pull it. reshuffle draw pile AND PLACE EVENT ON TOP. That would negate-able: AO, ED or Bastion. You could "blow it up" if placed (AI: discard placed card) Maybe this new card isn't needed: can't Cable (& Gambit?) already look at top 8, hold 4 reshuffle and PLACE ON TOP?
Who should get it or maybe any hero?
The event, "best laid plans" also lets you set up your hand but it does limit you in what events you can should from.
I think this card should be an anyhero.
