Nice take on Plas - I used to love his TV show back in the 80's. (Oh, Pul-Az!)
7 Fighting seems a little high for him, but the specials are delightfully goofy.
Did you have a reason for not including "Patrick" (or Pat)? ("Eel" was only his nickname from his original life of crime.)

I don't think so. He has total control over his body down to the molecular level and can accomplish things other shapeshifting and stretchy characters just can't. And he channels that ability into physically fighting bad guys. It's a tricky power to quantify using OP's stats, but I think it's better represented by a 7F, rather than say, a 7E. And I didn't want him to be a max 6 character. I mean, if Spider-Man gets a 7F entirely based on his superpowers and not any sort of combat training, it's only fair Plas does.

The nickname is referred to in pretty much every source I've seen. Maybe he's not called that anymore, but no one ever really calls him Patrick either. He's just Plas.
