I never thought I'd see this team in OP. I liked chuu's take on The Engineer, so I figured I'd throw them up justa for fun. The cards as a total would be too strong for standard OP, but if you like using homemade cards in the mix, here's something to base your team around. I went way overboard on Specials, so they've got a lot of possibilities.

yeah, i kinda went overboard on the specials - but they all seemed to "fit" to me.
Planetary is a rough one. i'll have to think about it some and get back to you on it.
