Hey there everyone, I love to make theme decks based around teams or story lines going on in the current comic book universe. And I love trying to build teams in a restricted environment like the boys from New England do. So I thought I might throw a couple of restricted ideas out there and see what I get back.
So this challenge is to build or suggest I guess, teams made from characters that are CURRENTLY considered deceased in the Marvel Universe.
The list is as follows:
Banshee, Bastion, Bullseye, Cable, Captain Mar-Vell, Doc Samson, Forge, Holocaust, Human Torch, Maggott, Mr.Sinister, Nightcrawler, Omega Red, Red Skull, Sabretooth, Scarlet Spider and Vision.
That's it... but I guess you could throw in Dark Phoenix, The Inhumans and the Starjammers.
Have at it gammers
Well, between my cards and your list, this looks like the best team I could muster:
Nightcrawler, Sabretooth, Starjammers, Maggot (R)
It would have quite the UMPH in offensive potential, but some people would *ahem* die!
I'll take Mr. Sinister, Bastion, Red Skull and Forge.
Love dem smrt gies!

I'd try out Crystal, Banshee, Nightcrawler, and Human Torch: Invaders.
Isn't X-Man dead?
He's not on the list (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_dead_comic_book_characters)
And for that matter neither is Crystal (Black Bolt is dead which is why the Inhumans team card was included)
also Jim Hammond (Human Torch:Invaders) is also alive in the comic world. So they don't count.
I was thinking of Human Torch, Banshee, Nightcrawler, Maggott in reserve.
Using the KO event to drop either Banshee or torch.
X-Man reconstituted himself in Paul Cornell's Dark X-Men mini. The New Mutants have been tasked with tracking him down.
Black Bolt died?! :o Wow, that's news to me. RIP

I'll have to check that out. Heard they are thinking of an Inhumans movie.
