next up is Pip. i know he's usually referred to as Pip The Troll, but i didn't feel that part necessary. i intended him to be a Reserve character, but not always.

Nice! I had no plans for this guy. I like that Inherent ability, I think it works well for a Single grid Max 6 character. Makes him a viable Reserve option, even for non strength teams.
Like the selection of specials. I probably wouldn't give him any high attack specials either. Nice choice for Space Gem's effects.
Bump to level 4 and multipower and from Reserve on the EI Special might be a bit much of an upgrade. But considering some of the cards in the last few sets it might not.
Just out of curiosity, Why the wording change to the JL? Any particular reason for ending the battle right then?
i wanted Creep to be his 1 "big" attack. it is meant to be a combination of a standard EI, and a ZH code created by justabgkid. ( i preferred playing it from Reserve rather than preventing opponent from conceding if defended.) the thought was increase the standard EI by 3 to make it OPD, then dial back 1 for the extra icons.
I Cheat - So What? - the title and mechanic both were suggested to me by the art. (play again? was my original title, but i thought this had more flavor.) since Pip can be such a despicable person sometimes (he IS a troll!), the intent was to allow him to "cheat" once a game by ending the battle at a time of his choice. he can use it to cheat his opponent out of a KO, or steal a quick venture win if his team gets an early lead.
i have several max 6 characters coming, and its been difficult to make some usable (never mind desirable) without repeating the same mechanics.
