i always felt Bill played smarter than Thor, but i see where you're coming from.
however, i thought the Affiliation was called "Asgard", not "Thor" (see Oathbrother). i did not go back through to see if any of your other cards specified anything.

Every write-up of his powers and abilities I've ever seen makes no mention of his intelligence. And I've never read anything with him that would indicate he's any smarter than average. That's why the original 6 Intellect was so baffling to me. And Oathbrother is the first card I've made that references the Thor Affiliation.
Great job! In the planet hulk animated movie he did not seem too bright but quite violent so I like his stats. I know he replaced silver surfer from the planet hulk comic book so his representation might not be that accurate.
i like it too. i justa have questions sometimes. although i biult based more on character's innate stats than how they are written, my previous version of Bill definitely needs reevaluation. that's all.
