I was going to say that her IA was way too strong but then I realized that most decks do not run very many non-multipower power cards level 1-4. The winner of the OP cup 2017 (https://www.facebook.com/OPonline/photos/rpp.171712482864792/1398247513544610/?type=3&theater) only has 3 in his deck. The multipower cards are so useful for teamworks and spectrum KO that it would be hard replace them with energy power cards but this bonus could make it worth it. Nice work on this!
