So I learned a way to make foil proxies of magic cards
And they involve erasing foil magic cards.
I was thinking, why not make overpower proxies since we have very few premium cards.
Would anyone be interested in overpower foil proxies with an mtg back?
What would you pay for them? Take in consideration: manual labor of erasing foils, special clear sticker paper, ink, printer errors, shipping.
Which cards would you want?
Foil cards sound awesome! Do you have an example of one for overpower that you have done? I would love to see a picture of what it would look like.
i'll run a sheet and take a picture
MPC (http://makeplayingcards.com) has an option to print foils directly. Here is a video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BWlqIj0fP94) from them showing them off. It is very expensive compared to non foils. I'm going to print a few sets of my Core Set (http://maxsixoverpower.com/core-set/) and see how they turn out with MPC's foil.
If i were you, I'd just foil the functional reprint of real cards. You'd probably get a bit more interest that way, if you wanted to sell them.
