Hi all, I know this forum doesn't get used much anymore, but I have fond memories of it as one of the main OverPower outposts in the early part of this century. I'm sure everyone who's been here for a while remembers CCTelander, AKA justabgkid, and his amazing Homemade Emporium. I, along with justa (who liked his stuff so much he borrowed the guy's name!), have been trying to contact the man, but messages through here and emails are not returned.
I know it's a long shot, but does anyone else have contact with CCTelander/justabgkid? The Homemade Emporium is no longer up, and while the Wayback preserved some of the main pages, most of the strategy sections were never scraped. I think he was way ahead of his time in trying to create different kinds of decks in OverPower (rush, burn, etc.), and a lot of us would love to pick his brain.
And if YOU would like to see what the customs community is doing these days (it is a LOT, and we are not slowing down), message me!
I, too, would like to hear an update from Chris as to how life has been treating him.
And to clarify, I DID NOT borrow his name! It was 1 of several coincidences of our lives, but there was no connection. Both screen names were born of AOL dial-up with a 10 character limit. He left out the "i", and I left out the "e" & the "w". (Think tea...)
