Hello, everyone.
I played Overpower for years, from the beginning until the sad days of its (official) demise. I have held onto my collection but my wife and I stopped playing a few years ago.
Earlier this week, I found a couple of DC booster boxes in a clearance bin, picked them up and went looking online for GMJr's card listing. Turns out I still have my old files (including a couple of drafts for a Kingdom Come fan set, for example), but the search brought me to overpower.ca, and through them, to you.
I am now living an hour out of Toronto and would love to join you for games sometime.

Great to have you here in the forums. The more, the merrier. :) You are fortunate to be near the Toronto area since there's a great group of Overpower playing guys over there.
I'm hoping to get out to the meet-ups whenever family and work allow. I really need to brush up on the rules; having played a number of CCGs over the years, I often find myself asking myself "Do I draw 7 or 8 cards?" :o
I was thinking of writing up a page on the Wiki as a quick refresher for people coming back to the game.

Glad to know I'm not the only one! I only ever played one other CCG (Pokemon) and that was over ten years ago, but I still second guess whether I draw seven or eight every time I play OP.
Count me in on forgetting whether to draw 7 or 8. LOL Especially after not playing for a while I have to stop and really think about how many cards. ;D
the thing i forget more often than not is to re-draw for events
i assume this is since i more or less learned on opo, where it auto draws for you
