I've mentioned this before, but LackeyCCG.com is a digital table top that can access tons of CCG's, and now there is an Overpower plugin for the Lackey program.  The MAJOR thing I've noticed about using Lackey, vs OPO, is that OPO has a much more user friendly deckbuilder program, and Lackey seems to be lacking the option to build battlesites.  Other then that, it might be worth checking out, as it's not scripted to enforce the rules of the game, as OPO does, but is more like actually sitting down with an opponent, and both players are responsible for keeping track of the game state, thus it's less likely to crash mid-game due to the programming not allowing certain cards to be played certain ways.  Just an option.
Oh man add some links. There should be an ipad app for this!

I think I like the feeling of Skype because you get to hold real cards.

Thanks for the info on LackeyCCG. I will certainly check it out.

i agree with Chuu. when i skype i can hold real cards. talk with a real player. and watch him shuffle and lay out his heroes and placed cards exactly as if I was sitting across from him. they only draw back is i have to keep track of my hits on a scratch pad....

more people should Skype :)

add my Skype: Alaska Overpower

If I wanted to load this to a laptop that didn't currently have internet access, for deck building purposes, could I first download it to a jump drive from one computer and follow those instructions the same way to load it on another?

Also what's wrong with the search functions on the overpower.ca site?
ncannelora -"I don't care if you're Captain - freakin' - America, you ALWAYS avoid a Standoff with Wolverine!!!"

a_noble_kaz - "If Mr Fantastic had an AO, he would be the god of Overpower."

chuu

Yes. You could save it onto a jump drive and install it on the laptop.

Which search functions?

Only the meta rule lookup works for me. The chracter, special, battlesite, and event lookups don't.

Try a hard refresh, Ctrl+F5 works on most browsers. Otherwise, clearing cache would also work too.
