Hey all! I'm Johnny and new to this whole deal but have had overpower cards since 95 and seriously learned to play a couple years later. I had a group of friends I used to play with who have fallen off the radar so I'm hoping I can meet some of you out there and do some playing. I'm in the OC in Southern California and would love to get to know everyone and meetup and do some playing! -Johnny

Welcome to the forums, Johnny.  Always nice to see another fellow Southern Californian join the forums. A lot of us here in the state are spread out all over the place so its been difficult to arrange any meet ups.  Would be nice though to meetup with other players and play some Overpower.

Thanks Nate! Yeah, I realize geography can make meetups difficult, but we gotta try! My cards are just collecting dus and that just isn't right...

Welcome. I am your local forum troll, dr death. But i am nice to people who arent stupid.

Anyway, i am in northern california and but i hear there is a good socal meetup once a month, check the 'where to play' subforum for more info on that. Also, if you go to comic con, we always have a get together there and play some games.

yes, san diego comic-con. Its expensive and hard to get tickets to, so its never a huge meetup, just 4-5 people playing some overpower for fun
