Not really a set by any stretch and more of a "I should really do..." sort of project.  Not sure if it needs the 'crew' designation, but the ship didn't quite work all by iteslf.  If it did, I might be tempted to continue with the Falcon or NCC-1701.

I remember the show, but never got really into it at all.  (I didn't think Nathan Fillion made a good ship's captain, though I love him on Castle.)  But at least I recognize most of the characters.
IMHO, you really need the "crew" to make it work.  (I have a set of cards somebody made for Skuttlebutt back in the day, but that ship was sentient.)
As for the NC-1701, they came out with a Star Trek CCG about the same time OP started (~'95).  One of my brothers got really into that one.  Maybe you could check out those cards for ideas?
