Now that's what I'm talkin' 'bout!  While Power Girl is "new" in the sense of non-legacy, others have created cards for her as well.  But Stargirl is "new" in the sense of, like Squirrel Girl, I've never seen anyone even try it before!
I was expecting a STRIPE Special card, but at least it's in the art work of the Converter Belt special.  Most appropriate story-wise.  Great work!
