Overpower is also my first and last ever CCG.

Word. I never got into any others because it was the characters that drew me in. Not even the mechanics. If this same game came out, but it was, say, only Image, I never would have played.

;DThat is awesome! You all feel the same way about magic I do. I wish They would bring Overpower back. It is the only CCG I like and find interesting, and I would love to go to a tournament!

Don't we all. I wouldn't think it'd be so far-fetched, with all the comic book movies, plus Pokemon and Magic still doing so well. As long as they got the yung'uns on board, they could make some money...

I agree! It seems like there could be a possibility of them bringing it back. It would be so nice if cards were more accessible, and if they could fix the DC set to not be so weak.

I really think bringing the game back would be an easy sell if someone with the clout would get behind it.  I mean how great would it be to tell the executives, "Look, we've got this great game idea and guess what you already paid for it and own it and it's fully developed, so we can pretty much just start printing cards."  How brilliant would it be to see Overpower 2.0 come out.

My girlfriend said she would try playing, until I sent her the 30+ pages of rules and she got scared.

I think she'll give it a try eventually, but I'll have to teach her as we go. The rules are just too intimidating.

Oh excellent. And right before a long holiday weekend too. I'm totally doing this. Thanks.
