Characters that aren't on a home base

Perhaps there can be an easy formula to determine which marvel characters aren't attached to at least home base. I know there are no DC home bases in normal releases. So theoretically, I don't need any duplicate DC character cards in my collection.

Unless 'Bastion' appears under a location's character listing, no.

No, only Storm: Neutralized can pick Storm and non-OPD Morlocks. Naturally, you would put this one in instead of the other Storm specials since they would still duplicate with each other.
