The only thing I don't like about the special Father: David Cain is that it allows Bat Girl to hit the opponent with her 12F OPD without having to pay the penalty of not being defended

the attack hits
the penalty takes effect
and the card below would have to be in hand at the time of the moving

ya, you could shift the attack before it hits to someone else that you wouldn't mind getting assassinated. 

Also, this is a very situational card in my opinion, i think it'll be like Deadpool's Knock em' Silly, on paper it sounds good but in practice it's not that great a card.

Ya, any penalties would still take a affect, remember it has to be playable by Cassandra Cain, so if she's locked down she wouldn't be able to launch the attack.

Maybe that EG is too powerful, I did mean it to make you discard all the cards in your hand with an icon if you couldn't block the 2 energy attack.  Maybe i'll switch to 5E attack, discard all power cards.  Does that sound more balanced?

Can't wait to see what you do for Fathom.  Aspen was one of my favorite babes, more for her look than the comic.
