The cards that are already legally printed and now being reprinted will not be allowed at the K2 and I'm fairly sure they will not be legal at the peace bridge.

Meaning the multi 5 or DoW will not be legal.  etc..

Correct. Marvels (the original planned 92 card set) are the only proxies allowed at the Peace Bridge tourney. There are several versions of those cards.
