Just how rare are the accidental inserts?

Finally found those pictures from 99'! Since digital cameras weren't available at the time, we used to be more economic on taking pictures. Camera flash covered some cards, but I think most still visible.

If those Classic Inserts weren't in that sheet, I would probably keep it uncut.

I'm drooling and green with envy at the same time!  I see some of the cards I still need on that.

I had no idea how rare those two cards were.  I came upon them years ago as part of completing my set, and they, with everything else I have, have been in binders sitting on a shelf in my closet for the past 13/14 years.
